Applicants may apply online beginning May 29, 2024 until August 26, 2024 at
https://www.midpen-housing.org/property/sunset-creek/
Applicants are not required to apply in person at the management office if an online application is
submitted. A confirmation email will be received if the online application is completed successfully.
Applications will also be available starting May 29, 2024 through
August 26, 2024 at the rental office during office hours at:

The rental office will accept completed applications starting May 29, 2024, through August 26,
2024, during office hours. All applications received at the management office will be date/time
stamped at the time received and entered electronically by proxy by management staff. A
lottery will be run periodically during the application period and applicants will be placed on the waitlist
in order of lottery number within consecutive lottery runs. No fax or email applications will be
accepted. If sending by US Mail, the application must be postmarked by August 26, 2024.
